Bruce Gallagher
MACP, RCT(C)

Bruce feels genuinely grateful to do the work he does and to be invited into people’s lives during times of challenge, change, and growth. As a therapist he strives to create a space that feels warm, respectful, and grounded—where clients can show up just as they are.
His approach is rooted in person-centred care and a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience. Bruce believes that clients are the experts in their own lives. He listens carefully and without judgment, taking time to understand each person’s story, strengths, and values. From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process, with goals shaped by what feels meaningful and realistic for the client.
Bruce holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has also studied at Cape Breton University, University of New Brunswick, and Université Sainte-Anne. He draws from cognitive, behavioural, interpersonal, and emotion-focused approaches, thoughtfully adapting his work to meet the unique needs of each client rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
Above all, Bruce hopes to help clients feel less alone in what they’re carrying, to ease distress where possible, and to support steady, meaningful change over time. He offers virtual sessions to provide flexible, confidential support in a setting that feels safe and comfortable.
He would be honoured to connect and support you, wherever you may be on your journey.

MACP, RCT(C)

Jessica feels deeply grateful to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, questions, and transitions. She is committed to creating a space that feels safe, steady, and supportive—where you can speak openly, explore your emotions, and feel genuinely heard.
She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has also studied education and psychology at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Université Sainte-Anne. Over the years, Jessica has worked with a wide range of individuals—from preschool-aged children to older adults—supporting those with mental health concerns, neurodevelopmental differences, and trauma experiences. Her work has taken place across diverse public service settings, including education, healthcare, and private practice in communities throughout northern and southern Canada.
Jessica’s approach is grounded in the belief that gently acknowledging and processing emotions—while also learning to notice and challenge unhelpful thought patterns—can open the door to meaningful change. She draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailors her work thoughtfully, recognizing that each person’s story and needs are unique.
Above all, Jessica hopes to offer a steady presence and compassionate support as you move toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
